Black goes with everything! And champagne is a neutral. He can wear any colour vest you two like.

She can wear any colour she wants. The whole "virgin wears white" tradition is completely outdated and irrelevant now. But I guess if she really feels strongly that she does not want to wear white then she could consider colours such as champagne, antique gold, platinum, pale pink or green. Anything really, it's her day.

I am a little shorter than you, and my dress was pretty " bell-like" at the bottom and it was absolutely gorgeous. Do not listen to those magazines. Try on the dresses you think you will like, and see for yourself. If you go by every word the magazines say you will drive yourself crazy. Congrats on the wedding!.

Its a gorgeous dress!!! Its probably because it was made in China and was not made under great conditions or mass produced. The fabric looks just like the fabric you would use in an expensive wedding dress, so I would not say that's it, I would just mass produced because it looks absolutely fine! Your family is probably warning you to wait in case you change your mind on the dress you want. However if you are sure that its the dress then go right ahead and order it, its never too early to do it. Just make sure that you arent in the process of losing/gaining weight/ body building ect. because not only would it need alterations you may need a whole new dress to start from! But if you arent planning any fit isssues, go on and order it, especaially if theres a chance they wont be making it later on
