Mummy Diaries Exclusive: 'we Haven't Done This for Years!' Sam Kisses and Cuddles Big Paul As She Fi

And Wednesday night's episode of The Mummy Diaries sees the latest development in the difficult situation as the TOWIE star, 28, attempted to get baby Paul in his own bed so she and partner Paul Knightley could share a bed for the first time 'in years'.

While she at first succeeded in her difficult mission, which meant she could enjoy a kiss and cuddle with her beau, she later caved and got back into bed with her son as his repeated cries wore her down.

Sam, who started dating Paul in 2014, sleeps in one bed with their daughter Rosie, 15 months, while Paul sleeps in a bed with Paul Jr, three.

Her woes have been well-documented, as she has battled with managing to keep her kids in their own bedrooms - and thus far failed. After laying Paul down at first, he fell asleep after two hours meaning Sam and Paul could enjoy a kiss and a cuddle.

In her confessional, she said: 'I thought this night would never come. Me back in my own bed with Paul, chilling out, no babies. It does feel good...

'It's nice just to cuddle up to him unless its a holiday or we have a night off somewhere. We haven't done this for years.' Once baby Paul began to sense the woes however, Sam caved and headed to his room for comfort and cosied up in his single bed.

She said: 'It wasn't horrendous. He did wake up 4 times in the night. I was hanging off that little single bed trying to comfort him and every time I was creeping out about an hour later he would creep in again...

'It got to 5 in the morning and I couldn't take it anymore so I caved in. For a first attempt I feel like it wasn't too bad but I did cave'.

Last month, Sam revealed that she's finally set to share a bed with Paul again after sleeping separately for more than a year.

She unveiled Paul Jr's bedroom makeover during the show, showing off his new impressive treehouse bunk bed with a slide, stairs and play area underneath.

While on a family getaway to a nearby safari park later on in the episode, Sam revealed that this could be the last night her partner Paul shares a bed with their son.
