I personally would not wear a necklace around the collar, ties work better there. Most shorter necklaces look better in the hollow of the throat, which is obviously not around the collar. Or, if it's a longer necklace you have in mind, wear a low-cut blouse without a collar.

Have them make you one then take it to a jeweler to have a cast made of it. OR go to your local art college and ask the sculpture professor to make you one (or if they have a jewelry class ask them) OR there are lots of websites that make wedding cake toppers out of clay custom made to a picture of the bride and groom....I am sure they can do it for you
