On your units outer casing there should be a hole in the bottom of the case or on the back end of the case near the bottom. some have both. this holes or lips are to let the condensation drip from the unit. if there pug ed with dirt and sediment the water has no place to go and builds up and come inside the unit. 2nd. try tipping the air conditioner on more of an angle tipping the back end lower then the sill end. so all water will run out the back end of the unit. if this do not solve the problem you may have a problem with the condenser unit and need to take it to the shop for repair or cleanning

Any unit that is 110 will have a higher bill. If you can manage a 120 and have a outlet it wo not have to work as hard and it will keep your Electric bill somewhat cheaper. If you do not have an outlet maybe the landlord will have one installed for you.

if you have easy acess to running a 220 line you will find it will cost you half of what a 110 unit will cost you to run ,the higher the voltage the cheaper it is to run
