Your hair is in desperate need of a deep condition. I can not recommend products because I have a different hair type, and I use the same products as yours. Also, changing up your eating habits might help as well. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits. It helps!

Everything is synthetic, and African-American is very prone to breakage, which happens often when the wrong products are used. check out Carol's Daughter, and request for a catalog. Or just use organic shampoos and conditioners, I use Aubrey Organics, and I absolutely love it. Just try to stay away from stuff with a lot of alcohol, because it will do your hair and scalp no good
