I have a 2001 330i, m54 engine manual trans, I have no heat and the engine over heats. This is because of either a clogged heater core or broken water pump. The coolant flows through the engine to cool it off but also it flows through the heater core to warm up the air so you can have cabin heat. If that is clogged, you wo not have heat and your engine may run hot/overheat. Your thermostat is electronically controlled to allow the engine to warm up quicker, run warmer at low speeds but cool better when demanding power. So, the thermostat if it is broken will be jammed open unless someone put bars leak in your cooling system which is almost the worst thing you can put in a car, but if it is like mine then it has plastic housing and is recommended be changed every 90k miles along with your water pump because it probably has a plastic impeller too. But always start your investigation of the problem with the cheaper repair, start at the fuse box and work your way to relays, then the more expensive components. Hope this helps, good luck

[heat rises] if its an out side unit put it on the north side if its a furnace a/c combination put it in the middle of the house. need to state what kind of unit it is.
3. is it possible to be allergic to heat or be sensitive to heat ?
You can be allergic to the sun. Google it and look up info. Try using more sunscreen than normal and testing it out again. If you still have the same reaction then definitely go to a doctor and do not feel silly asking any questions. Good luck!
4. Heat defense conditioning?!?
Neutrogena Triple Moisture
5. heat tape not working?
Heat tape should warm to the touch within ten minutes. Have you plugged something else into the outlet to be sure it's getting electricity to the tape? Of course, make sure the thermostat is on a setting that turns the tape on!
6. 2004 Accord No Heat
Within the heater assembly is a small door that routes incoming air either directly into the car's interior, or through the heater core to be heated before entering the car's interior, or something in between to allow airflow through both paths. It's usually called the "blend" door, and it's likely stuck in the "no heat" position.I am not familiar with the '04 Accord EX, and do not know how the blend door is controlled. There may be a rotary knob on the dashboard which connects to the door via mechanical linkage or a bowden cable. A more complicated variant uses a vacuum-operated actuator at the blend door to move the door; the driver uses pushbuttons or a rotary control on the dash to choose where vaccum is routed, and thereby open or close the door and change the air path. Another possibility: the car's heating system may automatically regulate the air blend by sensing the car's interior temperature, and adjusting the blend door position using an electric actuator at the door. You will need to locate the blend door, confirm that it's not moving, and troubleshoot the cause
